Clarification
In the interest of fairness, I should clarify that while there was no discussion of Brian Doyle, the Homeland Security Sexual Predator, during the 8:12 News Pile, there were discussions during the 6:05 and 7:09 News Piles. Having just reviewed the audio of these two earlier discussions, I would suggest that Wally, in particular, acted more disgusted by McKinney than Doyle. Never-the-less, that is a subjective judgment, so I've provided the audio (853K, 2:53) so people can draw their own conclusions.
Correction
I wrote:
When Tom Delay resigns for his corruption, the show bends over backward in the 7:00 hour News Pile to say it does not mean he'll be convicted.
After reviewing the audio devoted to Delay's resignation, I believe that Leslie and Axel provided an accurate characterization of Delay's resignation. In hindsight, I ought to have complained that they neglected to report on it in the other two News Piles, but that was not what I wrote and I regret my mistake.
